Can I get my money back if my system doesn't make money?
Unfortunately, we offer a no-refund up-front payment as a requirement before beginning any project. The reason for this, many traders would like to test and see if an idea works but don't have the programming skills required. This is fine but many would like programmers to work for free and then 'share' the profit of any system. This type of programming is not a highly profitable activity (in fact many projects are outright losers in terms of hours spent) so we ask only that clients cover the cost of programming. We would give a refund if for some reason the strategy cannot be programmed as described or other circumstances prevent the strategies' completion according to the specifications.
